Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to supervise a four-person team and perform preventive maintenance across hotel rooms and public areas. The role requires hands-on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs to ensure guest comfort and property standards.

You will maintain technical logs, prioritize projects, and coordinate with engineering and operations to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate required.
• 3–5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on systems and maintain logs.
• Conduct walk-through inspections of guest rooms for upkeep and maintenance.
• Repair room plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpets, fixtures, and case goods.
• Oversee a four-person maintenance crew and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Please visit to see our full list of benefits!**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor the incumbent; performs and oversees a room preventive maintenance team of four (4) persons.**Essential Job Functions:*** Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.* Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.* Conducts walk-through inspections; of guest rooms to insure proper up-keep and maintenance, as well as general suite care.* Repairs to room plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpets, fixtures, case goods and general cleans.* Responsible for total suite care in 500 guest rooms, overseeing a four (4) person crew.* Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.* Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately.* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience with commercial/industrial plumbing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.**Work Environment:*** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
