Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an Assistant Manager, Front Office to lead the Front Desk and Guest Service operations, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, you will supervise daily front desk tasks, conduct room inspections, resolve reservation issues and uphold Gaming Commission regulations, while coaching staff and promoting guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of front desk experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office software programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct Front Desk and Guest Service operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Oversee daily work assignments of Front Desk staff and conduct guest room inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve guest situations such as reservation errors or lost personal belongings.
  • Promote compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
  • Develop department knowledge and skills through education, training and coaching.
