Qualifications

2+ years of general residential maintenance experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Customer service oriented and team focused.
Self-motivated, proactive with strong follow-up.
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements.
OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
Effective time management and prioritization.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep buildings and systems in good condition.
Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors and gutters.
Operate and maintain building systems and equipment.
Supervise two porters and coordinate daily tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
