Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep buildings and systems in good condition.
Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, doors, locks, windows, gutters, and drains.
Operate and repair building systems and equipment; oversee porters as assigned.
Adhere to safety regulations and document maintenance activities.
