Job summary

AGM Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain two sister properties in Dyersburg, TN. You will perform complex tasks, diagnose issues, supervise junior staff, and ensure tenant satisfaction through timely service.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to read technical manuals. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of maintenance or related field experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams to perform repairs.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Diagnose and repair building issues including mechanical, structural, and safety systems.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure systems operate efficiently.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide prompt service.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for major repairs or projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Assist in training and supervising junior maintenance staff when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
