Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• HVAC or building maintenance certification is a plus.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems and repair panels.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on injection machines, molds, robots, and production equipment.
• Carry out daily 5S tasks and monitor safety of equipment.
• Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs on locks and windows.
• Assist with pest control activities.
• Support budget preparation and adhere to it.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
