Amcor in Morgantown, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities ensuring safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. You will supervise technicians, support preventive and predictive programs, and partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, supervisory experience, and hands-on skills with CMMS, PLCs, and mechanical/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Experience in packaging, plastics, extrusion, printing, converting, or related manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Assign and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within the CMMS system.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure adherence to site safety standards.
