Qualifications

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent field required.
• HVAC certification is essential.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and perform maintenance and repair work.
• Supervise and perform standard apartment maintenance.
• Complete vacant units to make ready status.
• Regularly inspect laundry facilities and clean common areas as needed.
• Inspect and perform grounds maintenance for curb appeal.
• Monitor budgeted maintenance expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
