Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing English.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily maintenance operations for assigned areas and supervises employees.
• Supports site-wide maintenance including packaging, process, mechanical, electrical and building maintenance.
• Works to improve reliability and reduce downtime of production lines.
• Optimizes maintenance and operating costs; implements KPIs and measurements.
• Ensures regulatory compliance in health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develops maintenance team capabilities in predictive and preventive maintenance and planning.
