Job summary

Manpower West Tulsa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a four-person maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. You will drive equipment reliability, oversee PM/PPM programs, and mentor technicians while coordinating with operations and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC troubleshooting skills, and a hands-on approach to electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience developing employees.
• Strong electro-mechanical maintenance background.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based equipment.
• Proven experience improving preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four maintenance technicians.
• Manage daily maintenance for safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee PM activities to maximize uptime.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled production equipment and automated systems.
• Support robotics and automation equipment, including root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control system issues.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company standards.
