Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in McDonough, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee turns, ensure safety, and maintain property assets.

The role requires strong trades knowledge, ability to train staff, coordinate vendors, and keep up with service requests using Yardi Mobile. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, partners, subordinates, vendors or residents.
• Expert skills operating small hand and electrical tools; basic electrical, carpentry, painting and small machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills; able to operate mobile device.
• Valid driver’s license; able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Must be available for on-call work assignments and emergency overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects are completed on time per WBPC quality standards.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff on trades to assess functioning and repairs.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff daily activities; oversee turns and common area upkeep.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively within the team; motivate and set expectations.
• Participate in department and community events; lead safety meetings.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and train staff on chemical handling.
• Comply with OSHA and applicable laws; maintain safe environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; inspect work for quality and cost.
