Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and oversee Make Ready, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and functional. You will supervise staff, inspect work, and coordinate with vendors to uphold RangeWater's standards.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting support, and hands-on maintenance experience, with EPA refrigerant certifications and OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in property maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification; Pool/Spa certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, and train new maintenance staff.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policy.
• Diagnose and repair defects; perform routine property upkeep.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality and safety.
• Manage inventory and assist budget planning with Community Manager.
• Maintain safety practices and conduct periodic safety meetings.
• Handle work orders and ensure timely, cost-effective service.
