Job summary

TRG Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury lease-up community in North Miami, FL. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with construction teams, and ensure unit readiness and safety standards to support aggressive occupancy goals.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor oversight, capital projects, budgeting, and delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or Service Manager experience.
• Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in an emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, coach and supervise staff, and ensure coverage including on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with construction teams to receive completed units and common areas, conduct punch walks, and ensure move-in readiness.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for apartments, amenities, and building systems; diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.
• Coordinate third-party contractors, monitor safety, insurance, and quality; assist with warranty management and capital projects.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance, life safety systems, and routine inspections of mechanical rooms and common areas.
• Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance operating budget and control expenses while maintaining quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to service requests, and support resident retention.
