Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor for our Curio Collection by Hilton property in Houston. You will support the Chief Engineer, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate daily work orders to maintain luxury standards and guest comfort.

You'll oversee preventive maintenance, inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, and collaborate with departments to address repairs with minimal guest disruption.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has previous hotel maintenance or engineering experience with demonstrated supervisory or leadership skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs is essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership approach are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team members and coordinate daily work orders.
• Assist Chief Engineer with departmental operations, scheduling, and training.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and property inspections.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to luxury standards.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and kitchen equipment.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and monitor equipment performance to minimize guest disruption.
