Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Proficient in SAP PM, AutoCAD, and reading mechanical & hydraulic diagrams & blueprints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.
• Plan, identify and order parts, create scope of work, quote with contractors, coordinate and supervise contractors.
• Prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to minimize downtime.
• Coach, support, and develop maintenance team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and improve plant efficiency.
