Job summary

Karya Property Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance for our Dallas property. This full-time role oversees the physical property, conducts repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising staff, and contributing to the maintenance budget. Flexibility for weekends/evenings may be required, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Responsibility includes supervising maintenance staff and coordinating schedules.
• Requires HVAC certification and EPA certification.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
• Coordinate safety and skills training for maintenance staff.
• Inspect facilities to determine problems and maintenance needs.
• Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly schedules, allocate tasks.
• Contribute to maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and replenish as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned.
