Diamante Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community. The ideal candidate will lead a team, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and coordinate unit turns to keep residents satisfied.

Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience, prior leadership, strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, EPA HVAC certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification is required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
