Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience supervising 4+ employees.
• Knowledge of Lean and 5S programs is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all plant production equipment to maximize uptime.
• Schedule and delegate maintenance work; maintain records.
• Lead and train a team of 4+ maintenance staff; conduct evaluations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate contractor work and ensure safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintenance procedures.
