Job summary

Calavo Growers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team supporting packaging, processing, and distribution operations in Keaau, Hawaii. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and new equipment installations to minimize downtime.

Successful candidates will have experience with ammonia systems, safety programs, and regulatory compliance, and will drive reliability, cost control, and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years leading a maintenance team preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance with team management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or higher in trades/engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team members and oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Plan, organize and direct maintenance activities, staffing and development.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet production goals, safety, and quality standards.
• Review KPIs, conduct team huddles and implement corrective actions.
