Simpson Housing LLLP / Simpson Property Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a premier garden-style community near Atlanta, GA. You will lead the maintenance team, keep units market-ready, and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair issues to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and on-call flexibility. Our team values service, community, and award-winning workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience at the supervisory level.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry.
• HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications required (may be obtained after hire).
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the community maintenance team and provide direction and inspiration.
• Ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water and security systems.
• Assist residents with general maintenance issues including appliances, cabinets, flooring, drywall and other repairs.
• Monitor the property's physical condition and take appropriate action.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent service interruptions.
