Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance and safety training.
• 2-4 years verifiable Plant Maintenance experience; 1 year Supervisory experience or verifiable certifications in Industrial Supervision.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preventive and basic maintenance, adjustments, set-ups, and repairs on all production and facility equipment.
• Establishes or adjusts work schedule to meet production requirements.
• Monitors maintenance productivity and coordinates with departments to minimize downtime.
• Supervises and trains lower level maintenance personnel during rebuilds and installations.
• Takes over Maintenance Manager responsibilities when needed.
