Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches maintenance technicians and leads.
• Supports a 24/7 manufacturing plant with a 12-hour day shift (7a–7p).
• Manages maintenance materials, machines, and asset care.
• Ensures preventative and reactive maintenance for facility equipment.
