Carolina Beverage Group in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Production Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on a 12-hour day shift. You will drive safety, sanitation, and team development while maintaining line performance and product quality.

This role requires coordinating pre-shift briefings, training operators, and working closely with Maintenance and Quality to resolve line issues and minimize downtime. The schedule is 2-2-3 rotating shifts; candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50-100

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Develop and train operators and the team.
• Maintain line efficiencies above 65%.
• Prepare for shift meetings and communicate issues from previous shift.
• Monitor PPE and GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality on machine issues.
• Manage downtime, CIPs, and changeovers to keep downtime low.
