Job summary

Anatolia is seeking a Building Services Supervisor in Savannah, GA to lead maintenance operations and drive preventative maintenance programs across the facility. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The supervisor will plan daily to annual maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with all codes, and coordinate with warehouse, HR, and capital teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience in Maintenance in Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Systems, Material Handling Equipment, and other warehousing and production equipment.
• Demonstrated track record of high performing leadership, fostering an environment of teamwork and common goals.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements preventive maintenance schedules to keep facility and equipment in good condition.
• Ensures compliance with Building, Fire, Elevator, and Electrical codes and inspections.
• Manages maintenance staff scheduling and coordinates with outside vendors as needed.
• Identifies and investigates deficiencies and equipment malfunctions and takes corrective action.
• Promotes safety, quality standards, and regular training to reduce downtime and waste.
