Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities in safe operating condition.
• Develops preventive maintenance program.
• Maintains a preventive maintenance program.
• Documents repairs, supply needs, and safety concerns.
• Provides reports on repairs, supplies, and safety as requested.
• Inspects facilities to identify repairs and ongoing preventive maintenance.
• Responds to emergencies to resolve immediate safety concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned by maintenance leadership.
