Qualifications

• Three years of experience in building construction trades or related fields.

• Twelve semester hours in construction-related studies plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced journeyman maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and general building areas.
• Lead and direct Maintenance Repairer 2 team members; inspect and ensure quality.
• Mentor staff, manage job status, and assist with supervision in foreman's absence.
• Handle administrative tasks such as safety meetings and work orders when required.
