Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities across assigned data centers and facilities. You will lead the planning team, manage CMMS, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance planning with 3+ years of leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or data center maintenance planning and scheduling operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems, change management, and work order control procedures.
• Must lift 50 pounds and be able to work after hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of remote based Planners that handle planning and scheduling of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage CMMS systems to ensure work orders are scheduled, tracked, and closed with accurate documentation.
• Develop maintenance schedules and job plans to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and manage site outages, minimizing operational impact.
• Supervise maintenance planners and support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
