Job summary

Navy Region Southwest Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking an onsite working leader for maintenance and repair tasks across MWR facilities. You will supervise electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and furniture setup, planning work and monitoring execution.

You will direct crews, read blueprints, maintain records, and ensure quality with rigorous inspections. The role requires ability to work independently and with teams, and to manage multiple trades in a dynamic environment on

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a diversified maintenance crew.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, drawings and manuals.
• Experience directing repair tasks and ensuring quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and daily work schedules and priorities.
• Direct maintenance personnel and assign tasks based on skill level and resources.
• Maintain daily time and attendance records and admin documents.
• Perform labor for furniture movement and equipment setup in MWR facilities.
• Ensure final inspection and quality assurance for all work.
