Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Static Equipment Engineer in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This 24-month contract role focuses on supporting the integrity and reliability of static equipment through effective turnaround planning and execution.

Responsibilities include developing risk-based scopes, ensuring code compliance, and managing inspection findings. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and possess over 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
• Experience in turnaround planning and execution for static equipment.
• Knowledge of failure mechanisms, fabrication and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Support turnaround planning and execution for static equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Develop and validate repair scopes and work instructions.

Turnaround scope development

Reliability of static equipment

Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

Risk-based prioritization

Technical evaluation of inspection findings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
