Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and performing demanding maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and oversee maintenance work.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory control.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to management.
• Respond to facility emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
• Serve as liaison between field operations and management.
• Participate in technical training and safety programs.
