Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc. in Naugatuck, CT is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a blow molding manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment, machinery, facility systems, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing, strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLC controls, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management in manufacturing; blow molding or plastics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls (Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and PM schedules.
• Troubleshoot blow molding, auxiliary, and downstream equipment; provide hands-on support.
• Manage spare parts inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on process improvements and capital projects.
