The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance inspection, with mechanical/electrical training or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant major.
• 5+ years of maintenance inspection/maintenance technician experience within heavy industrial manufacturing/plant facility.
• Training/Experience in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and stay up to date on all company and regulatory rules and policies.
• Lead by example to promote company and regulatory rules, policies and programs with internal and external employees.
• Develop and maintain equipment inspection and condition management strategies.
• Build and manage a comprehensive PPM program in SAP.
• Complete inspections per defined schedule.
• Record and analyze data and initiate appropriate SAP work orders as needed.
• Make repair or replace recommendations based on equipment condition, risk and cost.
• Supervise contractors and other resources when required.
