Job summary

Quikrete Hannibal, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and safeguard plant reliability. You will analyze equipment condition, plan preventive and reactive interventions, and support production functions with mechanical and electrical expertise.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to on-call responsibilities for a 24/7 facility.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance or education equivalency.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - English required.
• Must be able and willing to perform as a team member and within a team environment.
• Possess solid leadership skills.
• Be a motivated, self-starter, proactive and action oriented by character.
• Ability to meet on-call responsibilities associated with a 24/7 plant operation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings to include physical, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve physical plant equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with planners, inspectors, and production personnel.
• Spearhead preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance shop safety, inspections, and equipment cleanliness.
• Utilize diagnostics and condition-monitoring techniques to plan interventions.
• Manage maintenance budgets and overtime to meet targets.
• Coordinate with contractors for external work and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
• Support asset reliability improvements and implement best practices.
