Job summary

Springwood at Aliana, managed by Tarantino Properties, is seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician to handle on-site repairs and upkeep. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, painting, and preparing vacant units for market readiness, while ensuring high-quality resident service.

The role covers maintenance across A/C, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and appliance systems, with attention to grounds and common areas; HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of onsite maintenance experience.
• Must possess valid identification.
• Full-time position available.
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Experience in housing property and inspections is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position
• Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
• Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!
