Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance teams or shift leads.
- Experience with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign priorities.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot complex building-system issues.
- Lead maintenance Engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Collaborate with licensed tradespersons and management.
- Perform regular inspections of building systems.
