Pathfinder Hospitality seeks an Assistant Chief Engineer to perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems and respond to maintenance requests. You will install fixtures and ensure safety standards are met, while keeping detailed records of activities and equipment status.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a hospitality environment focused on Platinum Service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team and guests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests and diagnose problems.
• Install and maintain hotel fixtures, furniture, and equipment per safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
