Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the hotel’s physical plant, equipment, and safety systems, ensuring compliant operations and reliable service. You will direct maintenance activities, manage schedules, and support a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment to keep the property safe and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hotel facilities, equipment, and life safety systems.
• Ability to read and follow safety standards and local regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support a ONE TEAM culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for safety and efficiency.
• Lead maintenance tasks, manage schedules, and coordinate with management on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, training, and QA documentation.
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems, elevators, and grounds; manage permits and inspections.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and contractor work as needed.
