Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of USDA GMPs and quality standards is a plus.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor maintenance and calibration technicians daily.
• Prioritize and coordinate maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness with records.
• Promote safety, SOP adherence and staff training.
• Oversee contractor, vehicle, and training program management.
• Monitor KPIs for uptime, backlog, and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement in equipment reliability and workflows.
