Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee all warehouse activities on the Lenexa GMSQ campus, including receiving, labeling, packaging, order fulfillment and shipping.

You will lead training, scheduling and coaching, ensure compliance with USDA/OSHA/DOT, monitor inventory, improve processes and drive safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong ERP/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Material Management, Warehouse Management or closely related.
• Experience in warehouse management and distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse processes for biological products and develop procedures for the department.
• Directly supervise team members, coaching, training and mentoring.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and evaluating performance.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and optimize flow of material.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (USDA, OSHA, IATA, DOT).
