A unique, outdoors-oriented luxury boutique hotel is in search of an experienced and dedicated hospitality professional to lead all aspects of maintenance and repair for a flagship location in the Texas Hill Country. This position encompasses a combination of tactical and administrative responsibilities, so both a creative problem-solving mindset and hands-on, 'get it done' orientation are required. This is a newly developed and fast-growing brand, and this opening represents an exceptional ground floor opportunity. Business model allows for a schedule that is flexible compared to industry standards. US WORK AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED!

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience, preferably in a boutique, luxury hotel or upscale residential environment.
• Active lifestyle with appropriate level of physical fitness for working across a 6-acre parcel.
• Well-rounded maintenance skills to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof/exterior/structural and interior/cosmetic repairs as well as grounds and custodial maintenance.
• Naturally collaborative, team-oriented leadership style.
