Richmark Properties is currently looking for someone to fill a Lead Maintenance position who can run all aspects for an apartment community.

Job Description:

• Handle overall maintenance of property, repairs, and make readies.
• Handle parts and ordering while watching expenses for budget purposes.
• Maintain the pool and equipment and have pool certification.
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.

Qualifications:

• HVAC / EPA and CPO certification (Required).
• Working knowledge and strength in HVAC Systems, Electrical, and Plumbing (Required).
• Minimum two (2) years on-site experience as a Lead Maintenance or Assistant Lead.
• Historical building experience (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must clear screening and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to take after hours calls.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
