GPI Investment is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Maintenance to maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-kept community for our residents. You will bring technical expertise and leadership to ensure every aspect of the property operates efficiently, with responsibility for supervising the team and coordinating repairs.

The role emphasizes electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment or building maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred (EPA Type I/II or Universal).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
