Job summary

Churchill Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Arbor Hills, a 130-unit senior living community. The role includes maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the entire property, making ready units and ensuring occupancy-ready condition.

Responsibilities include completing resident work orders within 24 hours, preventive maintenance, and inventory management. Must have a Texas driver's license, EPA certification with CPO preferred, and at least 3 years of lead technician experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lead technician experience in the apartment industry.
• EPA Certification required; CPO preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and Fair Housing/ADA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the entire property.
• Complete make-ready units and ensure occupancy readiness.
• Respond to resident work orders within 24 hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage inventory.

This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of entireproperty. Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physicalcondition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work ordersensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Responsible for property preventive maintenance and inventory. Promotes and works as a team with themaintenance and office staff. Provides excellent customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCAguidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver's Licenseis required. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills required.Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Technician in the apartment industry. EPA Certification required and CPO preferred.
