Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS or closely related field.
• Hands‑on COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS experience with IBM mainframe.
• Knowledge of legacy to cloud modernization and security.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or MuleSoft lifecycle and releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead mainframe operations within the DMV/OTECH data center with upgrades and monitoring.
• Maintain RTC framework, troubleshoot, optimize performance, manage recovery and backups.
• Improve DMV application services for high performance and stability.
• Develop, test, and interface manage RTC functions and related apps.
• Develop and maintain security solutions; ensure IT systems compliance.
• Support contingency planning through impact analysis and recovery planning.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend technical mitigations.
• Collaborate across architecture, security, QA, and vendor teams.
• Provide training and documentation for DMV tech environments.
