Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with IBM z/OS mainframe applications
• 5+ years of hands-on COBOL experience
• 5+ years of hands-on JCL and batch processing
• 3+ years of VSAM datasets and IDCAMS utilities
• 3+ years of CICS and Db2/IMS experience
• 3+ years of integrating mainframe apps with enterprise platforms
• Experience using mainframe source-control, build, debugging, testing
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools for mainframe modernization
