Job summary

InfoIMAGE Inc. is seeking a Lead Production Associate, I in Coppell, TX to ensure mailing jobs are assembled on time per customer requirements and SOPs. You will coordinate with Operations to manage critical timelines during monthly peak production and lead by example.

The role demands strong attention to detail, machine setup, camera system operation, quality checks, and leadership to train others while maintaining a collaborative environment and effective communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and training with InfoIMAGE.
• Excellent attention to details; highly organized and procedural in thought process.
• Able to maintain a calm demeanor during peak production periods and stressful situations.
• Able to work and add to a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft application(s).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a clear, concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for production run by reviewing job docket instructions; ensures knowledge of details.
• Performs machine set-up and operation for self and others.
• Performs camera system setup, operation; troubleshoots to determine causes of malfunctions.
• Performs quality checks and handles machine diverts; checks diverts for damage.
• Reconciles and balances job docket for accuracy; confirms quantities.
• Follows Mailing Department SOPs for consistent processes and customer satisfaction.
• Leads second signoff on operator documents, jobs and damages.
• Communicates production status and upcoming work with operators and management.
