Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with InfoIMAGE.
• Excellent attention to details; highly organized and procedural.
• Able to stay calm during peak production periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for production run by reviewing job docket instructions.
• Set up and operate machines for self and others.
• Set up and operate camera system; troubleshoot to identify causes of malfunctions.
• Perform quality checks and manage diverts; ensure integrity of materials.
• Reconcile job docket quantities and confirm materials.
• Follow Mailing SOPs for consistent processes.
• Provide second signoff on operator documents and damages.
• Identify and communicate special client requests and results.
• Lead and train operators; communicate across departments.
