• Reviews and assists in on-the-job training for subordinates.

• Consults with design representatives regarding technical details.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly of finished parts, repair and refitting of shipboard components.
• Consult with engineers, shop planners, schedulers, planners and estimators on technical problems.
• Ensure efficient and economical completion of work assignments through subordinates within given schedules.
