The position combines machine work with leadership, including a 10 1/2‑hour shift from Monday to Thursday and a possible Saturday monthly, plus a shift differential for leadership duties. Modern, climate‑controlled shop with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience across CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability for night shift.
• Expert-level blueprint reading (GD&T) and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Drive production for the 2nd shift, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Provide technical support for complex setups and machining challenges.
• Perform first-article inspections and troubleshoot deviations.
• Train junior machinists on best practices and shop safety.
• Coordinate handoff with the 1st shift supervisor.
