Job summary

Krueger Bearings, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Supervisor to lead a team of CNC and manual machinists, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality parts are produced.

You will handle complex setups, edit G-code, and oversee first‑article inspections while training junior machinists and coordinating with the 1st shift for a smooth transition of WIP.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years experience on CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to lead people and set a professional example.
• Expert blueprint reading (GD&T) and trig.; strong shop math.
• Reliable, decisive, and calm under pressure as night crew anchor.
